lnstallation of your Products
10. Before commencing any installation work, provision of the following requirements should be ensured in order for our products to function correctly and for your warranty to remain valid.
a. A qualified professional plumber should be engaged to carry out the entire installation;
b. The water pressure delivered to each product should be between 2 – 5 bar;
c. Hot & cold water pressures delivered to each product should be equally balanced;
d. The pH value of water delivered to the products should be no less than pH 6.5 and no greater than pH 8.5;
e. Any sealants used around the products do NOT contain acetate or acetic acid;
f. All water pipes are flushed repeatedly before installation of products to remove brick dust and debris which will damage the control systems of your products;
g. Subsequent to their first installation, valves are not left to dry out for more than 4 weeks after having been initially tested;
h. All goods should be checked upon receipt and prior to installation and any claim for visible defects MUST be reported immediately.
i. Lines should NOT be flushed with disinfectant after our products have been fitted, whether partially or fully, into the system.

Care and Maintenance of your Products
11. Care and attention is required when cleaning your products in order to maintain their aesthetic and functional integrity. Please ensure that you follow the guidance below in order to ensure your warranty remains valid.
a. Only use neutral liquid dish soap, warm water and soft microfibre cloths to clean and dry your products. Any other detergents, solvents, chemical agents, “organic” cleaning products, abrasive sponges, wire wool, alcohol, etc. should NOT be used as these can damage your products surfaces, particularly those that have been lacquered.
b. Limescale, calcium and other minerals will be deposited on your products surfaces when water is left on them. A regular cleaning cycle should be maintained to reduce these deposits. Specialized limescale cleaning chemicals are too aggressive for your products and should not be used;
c. Care should be taken when applying cleaning chemicals to other surfaces such as basins, mirrors and tiles that are adjacent to your products. If these chemicals are applied using spray mechanisms, their droplets are likely to fall onto your products and can damage their surfaces. These chemicals should therefore only be applied to adjacent surfaces using a cloth rather than any spray mechanism;
d. You should remove any spout aerators from your products at a minimum every 6 months and submerse them in a 50/50 solution of water and vinegar for 24 hours before brushing and rinsing away any limescale and reinstalling them into your products.
e. You should be careful to turn off the control valves of Bidet & Kitchen sprays in between uses to prevent small leaks from the spray occuring.

12. Should you wish to cancel your order or any part of it, please consider the following:
a. Cancellation can be made on any part of your order, without any charge, up to 2 working days from receiving your confirmation or payment of deposit, whichever occurs first;
