The tones and textures used in this graceful bathroom came together to provide a calming space for the owners, filled with light and warmth. The selection of our Macaron range with handles accented in the pastel green shade of our Almost Harvest colourway provide a gentle contrast to the rest of the space – naturally highlighting the function of each article and enriching the user experience as a result.
Playing with Contrast
We often find that owners use Macaron’s numerous handle accent materials to provide a contrast to the rest of the material tones. By working with simple colourwheel principles the owners were able to distinguish the functional brassware in an enchanting way from the rest of space.
Natural Materials & Cleanlines
The ethereal veining of the silver travertine bath and basin used in the space provide a soft relief against the engineered lines of our Macaron brassware, demonstrating how effective the use of a mixed palette of materials, colours and surface textures can be in creating the most nurturing of spaces in the home.
Main Finish Selection
The choice to specify the brassware in our Soft Black finish informed the thin black threshold that was used to divide the two wall finishes and provide a natural datum line around the space – further enhancing the material pallete.
